GRAPE VARIETY : Raboso e Marzemino
TECHNICAL INFORMATION: alcohol – 12%, acidity – 5.7%, sugar – 50 g/l
PRODUCTION: To produce Roncalli Bla Bla we use Martinotti method. Our grapes are manually harvested in and left to slowly ferment in autoclave with the temperature of 11 – 14 C.
TASTING NOTES: This wine has a beautifully intense ruby colour. The sweetness is well balanced with its refreshing acidity, soft ripe tannins and intense forest fruit flavours. Blackcurrants note is persistently present from aromas to the last second of the aftertaste. It is a perfect as an aperitif or the accompaniment to the dishes based on white meat or aged cheeses.
Best served well chilled, at the temperature of 3-6 °C.
