GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Pinot Grigio
TECHNICAL INFORMATION: alcohol – 12%, acidity – 5.7 g/l, sugar – 4 g/l
PRODUCTION: This classic Italian white wine is made of carefully cultivated grapes, hand harvested in the end of September. It is matured for 5-6 months in old 50 hl oak barrels before being bottled.
TASTING  NOTES: This wine has a bright straw colour and an attractive nose of sweet ripe fruit. In the mouth shows silky texture, high acidity and minerality. Packed with flavours of dried fruit, especially apple, pear and pineapple. It is a great accompaniment for summer salads, seafood and simply cooked white fish. Best enjoyed when served chilled at 3-6 °C.
