TYPE: red wine
GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
TECHNICAL INFORMATION: alcohol – 14.5%, acidity – 5.7 g/l, sugar – 0 g/l
PRODUCTION: This wine is made from hand picked grapes that have been left to dry on the vine. A total of three Kg of grapes are needed for each bottle of this wine. A low intervention approach is used in the cellar. The wine is matured in 50 hl oak casks for 11-13 months depending on the vintage. Low in sulphites.
TASTING  NOTES: A complex aroma of ripe plums, black currants and blackberries can be noted along with the rich flavour of dried fruit, especially prunes. Layers of liquorice and black pepper can be noted throughout. A long finish with the freshness of eucalyptus.
