TECHNICAL INFORMATION: alcohol – 11%, acidity – 5.7%, sugar – 13 g/l
PRODUCTION: To produce our flagship prosecco D.O.C.G. ESTREMO Millesimato Extra Dry we use Martinotti method. The grapes are manually harvested in mid-September and left to ferment without crushing for 70 days in autoclave. No chemical additives added.
TASTING NOTES: This wine of a pale straw colour is rich with the flavours of ripe apples, pears and nectarines with a touch of honey and almonds. With fresh zesty acidity it has a long pleasant finish. It is a great match for proschiutto and seafood starters. Best served chilled at between 3-6 °C.
