TECHNICAL INFORMATION: alcohol – 11%, acidity – 5.7 %, sugar – 0 g/l
PRODUCTION: To produce our ESTREMO PAS DOSE we use Martinotti method. The grapes are manually harvested in mid-September and left to ferment without crushing for 150 days in autoclave. No sugar of chemical additives added.
TASTING NOTES: This is a light sparkling wine of pale lemon colour. It has gentle
floral aromas of acacia and elderflower and just ripe green fruit flavours of apple, lime, plum and pear. It is a perfect aperitif and accompaniment to charcuterie and seafood starters. Best enjoyed at the temperature of 3-6 °C.
