Estremo Millesimato Imperial Cuveè Brut

TYPE: sparkling wine
GRAPE VARIETY: white grapes of the region
TECHNICAL INFORMATION: alcohol – 11%, acidity – 5.7%, sugar – 3 g/l
PRODUCTION: To produce our ESTREMO Millesimato BRUT we use Martinotti method. The grapes are manually harvested in mid-September and left to ferment without crushing for 110 days in autoclave. No schemical additives added.
TASTING NOTES: The wine is of a very pale colour with shimmering green hues. A fresh nose of white flowers, green apple and plum can be noted. Fine bubbles ascend in strait rows. Its fresh lime acidity balances perfectly the sweet ripeness of pear and apple. It pairs well with Parma ham, Italian cured meats and mild
cheeses. Best served chilled at between 3-6 °C.
