GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Malvasia
TECHNICAL INFORMATION: alcohol – 12%, acidity – 5.7 g/l, sugar – 3 g/l
PRODUCTION: To produce our MALVASIA Millesimato we use Martinotti method. The grapes are manually harvested in mid-September and left to ferment without crushing for 110 days in autoclave. No chemical additives added.
TASTING NOTES: Dry and aromatic, this wine is rich with flavours of ripe banana and melon as well as dried fruit like apple and apricot. The fruity sweetness is balanced with the minerality and acidity. Highly gastronomic and medium bodied, it is the perfect accompaniment for starters and fish. This wine is best enjoyed when served at 3-6 °C and allowed to breathe 3-4 minutes before serving.
