GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Moscato
TECHNICAL INFORMATION: alcohol – 12%, acidity – 5.7 g/l, sugar – 50 g/l
PRODUCTION: To produce our Moscato CAMPAGNE we use Martinotti method. The grapes are manually harvested in mid-September and left to ferment without crushing for 70 days in autoclave. No chemical additives added.
TASTING NOTES: This wine has a bright golden colour and lots of fine bubbles. It has a typical nose of Moscato grape and the luscious flavours of dried and candied fruit, such as raisins, apricots and pineapple with a touch of honey. Sumptuously sweet. Best enjoyed when served chilled at between 6-8 °C.
